This Bachan's shop publishes the following service commitments for its customers.

Processing and transit

After payment authorization, normal order processing takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. These are separate estimates; weekends and applicable holidays are not business days.

Available destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout. For tracking delays, loss, a delivered scan without receipt, or transit damage, email vihokratanawan@gmail.com with the order number and useful evidence.
